Charlottetown, PE: We are pleased to announce that effective December 1st, 2023 Vintage Textured Wall Systems, based in Dieppe New Brunswick, has been acquired by Arsenault Bros. Construction, Atlantic Canada’s leading contractor for commercial interior finishing.

Vintage Textured Wall Systems is the largest provider of its kind in Atlantic Canada, specializing in Exterior Insulated Finish Systems (EIFS), textured floor coatings, parging, prefabricated moldings and more. Arsenault Bros. They specialize in interior system finishings and are keen to now integrate exterior wall systems into their operations to complement their interior work specialties.

“This acquisition supports our Company’s long-term strategy of growth and diversity which provides our customers the opportunity to access an enhanced service portfolio. We’re very excited to grow our Atlantic Canada team with this acquisition,” says Lucas Arsenault, President of Arsenault Bros. Construction. “Danny and I always had a good trusting relationship – we understood each other and I can say the same for our companies. This deal was great timing for both sides and a win-win for everyone involved. We will continue to work together for years to come!”

Vintage Textured Wall Systems was founded over 15 years ago and it has since grown to become the leading contractor for commercial and residential speciality exterior finishes in Atlantic Canada, employing over 30 local employees on a year-round basis.

“I’m extremely proud of the growth of Vintage Textured Wall Systems and although it is bittersweet to be ending this chapter in my life, I am very happy to have found a great family-owned business in Arsenault Bros. to pass on the torch”, said Danny Daudelin. “We have worked together on jobs with Arsenault Bros. in the past and have always maintained a good mutual respect of each other’s companies. Ultimately the fit and timing were good from our side and we take a lot of comfort knowing our staff and customers will be in good hands. We look forward to following the future growth of the company”
