Charlottetown, PE: We are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2020, Sign Craft of Charlottetown (“Sign Craft”) and Sign Station of Summerside (“Sign Station”) has been purchased by Ben Parsons and Ben Howard of Charlottetown, from current owners Gary and Joy Morgan of Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia.
Established in 1980, Sign Craft is a full service sign design, fabrication and installation business located at 18 Park Street in Charlottetown. Sign Station was established in 1989 and offers similar services from its location at 102 Industrial Crescent in Summerside. Sign Craft and Sign Station have long been recognized on PEI for their expertise, craftsmanship, capability and commitment to customer service. The businesses employ more than 12 team members on PEI. Sign Craft is managed by Mike Savidant, with production overseen by master sign craftsman, Bruce Rundle. Sign Station is managed by Marie Ford, with production overseen by Justin Doiron.
“Sign Craft and Sign Station are leaders in the field and we are confident that under the ownership of Ben Parsons and Ben Howard, the shops will continue to provide excellent service and products to our valued customers” says former owner Gary Morgan. “We wish Mr. Parsons and Mr. Howard many years of continued success with the businesses”.
In connection with the purchase, all management and employees of Sign Craft and Sign Station will be retained. Ben Parsons will provide oversight for the businesses, in addition to his role as President and General Manager of KKP Charlottetown.

The purchase of Sign Craft and Sign Station was brokered by Confederation M&A.
